Excitatory-Inhibitory Recurrent Neural Network (Song et al.; 2016)

In this exhibit, we create, simulate, and visualize the dynamics and adaptation of the excitatory-inhibitory recurrent neural network (EI-RNN) originally proposed in (Song et al., 2016) [1].
